Terms of Use
SIA Kech Kids, Registration No. 40103424689, Address: Elizabetes iela 22-27, Rīga, LV-1050, Latvia, hereinafter – the Online Store – provides the content available on the website and sells goods/services in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. General Terms
When a consumer purchases goods or services through the website, such an agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations on Distance Contracts.
2. Ordering Process
Product prices and specifications are listed next to each item in the Online Store.
To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. Fill in all required fields and select the preferred delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, will be displayed before payment. Complete the purchase by proceeding with the payment.
3. Payment Terms
The currency used on the website is EUR (Euro). Payments can be made using the following methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, operated by Maksekeskus AS:

NB! When paying via internet banking, confirm the order and click the “Return to Merchant” button after payment.
Personal data necessary for processing payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The contract comes into force once the payment has been successfully received in the Online Store’s bank account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be notified, and the payment will be refunded within 14 days.
4. Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland.
Delivery is provided via the following partners: Omniva.
All taxes and fees required in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery costs are displayed before confirming the order. Goods are delivered within 1–5 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days, with prior notice to the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
Products may only be used for their intended purpose during this period. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product. If the product is damaged or used improperly, or if the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged, the Online Store may reduce the refundable amount accordingly.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform us by this email address: kechkidslatvia@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The buyer covers the return shipping cost unless the return reason is due to a defect or an incorrect product.
The buyer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal form. The Online Store will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Important! The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products that are made according to the customer's specific request – for example, when the product includes custom-printed text, names, or any other buyer-selected personalization. Such products are made individually and cannot be resold to other customers.
6. Consumer Rights for Non-Conforming Products
The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect in the goods that appears within 6 months of delivery, provided the defect existed at the time of delivery. The buyer must notify the seller within 2 months of discovering the issue by sending an email to: kechkidslatvia@gmail.com.
The seller is not liable for defects caused after delivery. If a product has a defect for which the seller is responsible, the buyer may request repair or replacement free of charge.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the seller will refund the full purchase amount. The seller must respond to the complaint in writing within 15 days.
7. Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store only processes the personal data submitted by the buyer when placing an order – such as name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address, etc.
Personal data is shared with delivery service providers to ensure order delivery.
If the buyer has explicitly agreed to receive marketing emails (e.g., newsletters), we may use their email address for this purpose. The buyer may unsubscribe at any time by emailing: kechkidslatvia@gmail.com.
8. Dispute Resolution
For all matters not covered by these Terms, the buyer and seller shall comply with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Disputes will first be resolved through mutual communication or written correspondence. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in a Latvian court.
The buyer also has the right to submit disputes to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or through EU dispute resolution platforms.
